ALEXTON RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR DISCONTINUE ANY WEB SITE OR ANY WEB SITE FEATURE WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE. YOU AGREE THAT ALEXTON WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, OR DISCONTINUANCE OF THE WEB SITE.
- We claim copyright protection on everything you see on the site. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, republish or retransmit any material on this site without our prior written consent. - We do not review nor are we responsible for any linked sites not under our control. These links are included as a convenience, and except for contractual relationships with our apparent marketing partners, the inclusions of any links does not imply endorsement by Alexton and/or DOE of the linked site.
- The laws of the District of Columbia shall govern the Agreement, without regard to the conflict of law principles thereof.
- Alexton collects credit card holder data for the sole purpose of processing and issuance of applicable parking charges for DOE Parking.
- Cancellation Policy: There are NO REFUNDS on parking permits.
- A replacement fee of $5.00 will be charged to replace a monthly or quarterly parking permit, which has been lost or stolen.
- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior written terms and conditions with respect to the subject matter hereof.
